Ecco RXP 3040 : Stability. Ecco's RXP 3040 is a high performance running shoe designed for neutral to light pronators looking for mild support to slow the rate of pronation is a well cushioned, lightweight shoe. Upper: Breathable mesh upper with synthetic overlays is durable and breathable while providing support. Padded air mesh tongue and heel collar provide increased comfort and breathability. Midsole: Ultra light compression molded EVA midsole. Receptor Plantar Fascia Bridge (PFB) technology provides supports the ligaments allowing them to function as nature intended. An Earth Sensing Unit provides optimal reaction when foot makes contact with the ground for enhanced stability. The heel is better able to "sense" the ground, assuring you firmer footing. Increased shock absorption is provided by DynaThane encapsulated in forefoot. A dual-density medial heel post midsole provides stability to slow down the rate of pronation. Outsole: Dual axis forefoot flex channels allow the shoe help you save energy by mirroring the natural flex pattern and providing a more explosive toe-off.
